Kelly Services is now hiring for a *Cherry Picker Operator* located in Riverview. This is a temp to hire opportunity Mon - Fri 10am - 6pm paying $16 hourly.
This is an order picking role, so your main tasks will involve using the forklift to retrieve items from warehouse shelves for shipment. Other tasks include keeping track of inventory changes and completing daily production reports. An order selector works in a warehouse or stockroom to select, store, pack, and monitor the inventory of products and fill customer orders correctly. Also known as a picker or warehouse selector, an order selector ensures items are properly packaged for shipping and will arrive safely at their destination.
Cherry pickers perform a safe and efficient operation of motorized lift vehicles in pulling customer order-based products. The cherry pickers manage different warehouse operating systems and associates to support processing and internal order logistics.
*Skills & Qualifications*
* Ability to use a radio frequency or barcode scanner.
* In-depth knowledge of industry safety regulations.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment for long hours.
* Great team spirit.
* Great physical strength and fitness.
* Excellent attention to detail.
