What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Kelly?
Kelly is partnering with a Physician's office in North Liberty, IA, and is looking for a front office Receptionist to join the team. This is a Temp to Hire position with long term potential.
Wage: $14.71/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the phone.
- Answer phone and email inquiries from patients.
- Responsible for patient check in and check out.
- Keeps track of waiting room, keeping patient appointments on schedule by notifying provider of patient’s arrival; reviewing service delivery compared to schedule.
- Responsible for collecting new patient packets and insurance information from patients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Basic computer skills required(Microsoft Word and Email)
