Recruiter Assistant
Location: Troy
Rate $18an hour
Direct placement- Great Benefits!
This a fully Remote position, but training will be done in their Troy office

Activities (most critical to least critical) Strategic Partner- contributes to the development of and the accomplishment of the organization-wide business plan and objectives.
- Data entry into database for all referrals.
- Determines eligibility of referral.
- Makes professional contact with Support Coordinators (SC) if we cannot accept a referral.
- Contacts SC/families and conducts intake when referrals are accepted.
- Emails welcome packet and client paperwork.
- Assists with sourcing tasks such as posting job openings online and verifying caregiver availability.
- Conducts applicant pre-screening and schedules interviews.
- Conducts quality checks with clients and delivers performance reviews to employees.
- Completes employee change and voluntary resignation forms for Recruiters.
- Completes end of the month authorization calls to clients and employees.
- Runs report on expiring authorizations for pending orders.
- Conducts client and employee exit interviews.
Skills:
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Highschool Diploma/ GED
- Valid Driver’s License
