Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Sourcer

• Looking for someone to having a background in recruiting, talent acquisition or HR, as well as, being efficient using an ATS is strongly preferred. A friendly and approachable demeanor should be a part of your traits here to encourage and foster good relationships with your peers and others in the office.
• Responsible for Screening, interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting management, supervisors and security personnel job applicants.
• Assist in creation of new job descriptions and advertisement requests.
• Periodically assist with personnel onboarding, to include new hire orientation.
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will actively recruit, connect with outreach agencies, administer and execute innovative recruitment strategies across the Chicagoland area.
• This is a hands on position that requires close collaboration and communication with Principals, Operational Managers, and candidates.
• In this role, you’ll provide critical support to multiple operational lines furthering the capabilities of our business objectives.
• Working within a team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead the execution of the company’s recruitment strategy. The position is essential in the company’s approach to attracting, evaluating and hiring top talent

Requirements:

• Experience cold-calling and direct sourcing for talent, including accessing talent, negotiating and closing offers
• Experience with hourly employees preferably in the security industry over multiple locations.
• Prior work experience conducting applicant sourcing, recruiting, screening and interviewing job applicants in a fast-paced work environment
