Job Details:

• Direct Hire Opportunity
• Remote- but must be located in California
• Travel 10%-25% required
• Pay range: $90-95K/year

Position Overview:

The Recruiter is responsible for providing best-in-class service to Kelly's customers and temporary employees. Customer-related service includes recruiting for Manufacturing and Warehouse positions, screening, hiring, Job fair support and conducting orientations. Check-in for new starts, must be flexible to work around regular business hours and weekends for events.

The successful candidate should possess customer service or recruiting background. Minimum requirements include a High School diploma plus at least 3 years of work experience in recruiting/Human Resources. The key competencies for the Recruiter include the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and database/office skills. Must have reliable transportation to travel to customer sites and recruiting events.

Responsibilities

• Engaging with hiring managers are various levels throughout the organization

• Review applications and screen qualified candidates

• Sourcing of passive talent using LinkedIn, really, social media and other websites

• Modifying job descriptions to appeal to the target audience

• Nurturing relationships with local technical schools, High Schools and Colleges/Universities.

• Contributing to continuous improvement projects on the team

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in recruiting

• Experience in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high volume recruiting environments

• Effective and professional communication skills
