Sign On Bonus once hired by customer after 13 weeks:
- $500 when hired by customer
- $600 6 months post hire date with performance review rating of “meets” or “above”.
- $1200 at 12 months post hire with performance review rating of meets or above.
What’s a typical day as a Roasting Associate? You’ll be:
- Document bean specifications at different stages of the process
- Operate roaster controls
- Follow all safety rules and Standard Operating Procedures
- Calibrate and perform light maintenance on roaster equipment
- Sample bean for roast levels and composition
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Second shift Monday to Friday 1PM-9PM and third shift Sun - Thurs 9PM - 5AM
- High School Diploma or Equivalent – Required
- Have some manufacturing experience or eager to learn a new position.
- Detail oriented, can stand the entire shift and hands on experience.
