Kelly Outsourcing & Consulting Group (KellyOCG), a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Talent Aquisition Coordinator for a long-term engagement at one of our Global clients in Tampa, FL. As a Talent Aquisition Coordinator placed with KellyOCG you will be responsible for the following:
To provide support to Customer Leadership Team & University Recruiting Team.
Scope
The University Recruiter Assistant will work as part of the KellyOCG Team in providing administrative support for all customer recruiting services
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to University Recruiters, University Leadership team, and additional teams as needed
- Extract, analyze, and present relevant data from various systems and trackers- inclusive of conversions and campus recruiting ROI
- Manage stipend requests and track stipend pay outs by Operating Company
- Conduct bi-weekly audits of NA University Recruiting Tracker
- Manage a $2.5 million event management budget (ADP) and quarterly chargebacks
- Compile presentations on current state practices, future state practices, and comparison of programs
- Partner with Recruiting organization and coordinators to ensure project needs are being met, and timely communication
- Assist with managing external agency PO process
- Provides support with preparing for conferences and events including inventory & tracking and external vendor partnerships
- Assist university recruiting team with candidate due diligence follow up by partnering with recruitment administration team
- Works with external vendors to order and track inventory of materials, products, and giveaways
- Coordinate and schedule internal interviews, as needed
- Provide standard or ad hoc management reporting as requested
- Creating & maintaining Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Sites
- Partner with TA Management to provide subject matter guidance and support:
- Creating ORW / Saleforce cases
- Manage questions regarding cases from recruitment administration team
- Resume bundles ¿ confirming candidates applied
- Updating appropriate tracking systems
- Dispositioning candidates in Taleo
- Sending Rejection Letters
- Submit material orders
- Obtain customer Interviewer Availability for ADP so ADP can schedule interviews
- Participate in university kick-off calls with recruiters to understand business needs
- Partner with recruiters to understand target resume profile for posting
- Support Ad Hoc Searches in Recruitment Technology
- Out of office support
- Special Projects as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office package including Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUPS)
- Advanced skills in SharePoint
- Advanced knowledge with Teams & Zoom
- Experience in scheduling and planning
- Self-starter with the ability to learn quickly and require minimal supervision
- Attention to detail with great organizational skills
- Experience of Recruitment Technology (Taleo) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, oral and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet simultaneous deadlines, and remain flexible
- Ability to analyze and report data
- Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired
- Must be located in Tampa, FL and be able to work in the office
