What’s a typical day as a TechLine Support Specialist? You’ll be:
- Providing technical support and guidance on warranty policies
- Issuing detection and diagnosis for repair of Honda powersports products
- Taking calls from dealership technicians, documenting details, and providing guidance on warranty policy
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Are proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook- Advanced Beginner in Access (required)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have experience in service departments
- Background in repairing motorcycles/ATVs/SXS
