Project Manager
Project Manager plans, oversees, coordinates, and executes different aspects of a project with a goal of seamlessly delivering them within a specified time and budget. They work closely with the client and all KELLYBRADY stakeholders to execute the plans in accordance with the goals set forth by clients. They will designate resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and adjust priorities as needed to fulfill the plans in accordance with the SOW. They will ensure the team meets the quality standards of the projects as well as maintain detailed documentation of the projects progress. This role reports to the IT/Reporting Director.
Project Manager Duties and Responsibilities:
· Planning, managing, and implementing website development and digital media projects.
· Coordinate, execute, and manage project tasks and deliverables.
· Creating SOWs for clients.
· Conducting administrative duties, such as setting up meetings, drafting invoices and drawing estimates.
· Maintain 3rd party tools to monitor project status and timelines.
· Work with the account executive, development team, and directors to understand client’s objectives.
· Work collaboratively with co-workers at KELLYBRADY.
· Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. Making adjustments as needed.
· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders (KELLYBRADY & client) about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
· Tracking and reporting project progress, costs, and communicating with client and, account executive, and directors.
· Manage, execute, coordinate, and analyze financial forecasts for development teams’ projects.
· Maintain detailed documentation of all meetings and communication with team as well as client meetings.
· Manage, execute, and analyze job cost and profitability reports.
· Manage, execute, and coordinate new business initiative for web development department.
· Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, during and after project completion.
· Adjust and implement any changes needed in staff, resources and materials learned from previous projects.
· Be innovative bringing new ideas to both clients and colleagues.
· Perform other work-related duties as assigned by your account director and be flexible and adaptable to changes that will occur during employment.
· Continuing education on programs and vendors used in development and web projects.
· Be able to sustain high quality of work under the demands of multiple projects.
Leadership Skills: Initiative, teachability, excellent multi-tasking skills
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, working knowledge of software programs like Pardot, Unbounce, Jira, Hubspot, and WordPress.
Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business documents and communication. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, clients, and co-workers. Ability to hold teams accountable for project status and changes.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical and complex problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist. Ability to see a situation from multiple angles and facilitate solutions when needed.
Physical Demands: Heavy phone and computer usage. Needs to be available to field client and team requests outside of business hours.
Travel: As needed; no more than 1%

Pay: $50,000.00 - $78,013.00 per year
