Responsible for developing and executing targeted research strategies to identify prospective candidates through various channels and staying familiar with all advancements in respective specialized industry, job function or expertise area. Assessing candidates for ensuring company compatibility, qualification match and cultural fit by conducting interviews and offering guidance through the recruiting process.
