Software Developer (iOS and Android)

We have an opening for a full time Software Developer to join our growing Keltron team. We are seeking an experienced, React Native developer to develop secure customer reaching applications for both Android and iOS.

This position reports directly to the Lead Engineer located in Roanoke, VA. The company has other locations in Boston, MA and Vero Beach, FL. Candidates with the ability to directly commute to Roanoke, VA via air/car are encouraged to apply. Duties and Responsibilities:

To develop responsive and efficient front-end code for Android and iOS using React Native. Responsible for onboarding these applications into Google Play store and the Apple App Store. Will work with engineering team to build and implement end-to-end security for IoT devices. The position will require creating solutions for existing issues, rewriting, and documenting changes. Expected to have full accountability for your work, create/track issues and drive product improvements. Contribute necessary documentation and participate in Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:

Experienced Developer of iOS and Android

Experience using React Native preferred

Familiarity with onboarding apps to both the iOS and Android Stores

Ability to implement security from the app to the back end

Securing IoT device communications

Understanding IP Protocols

Nice to Have:

Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS and GCP

Familiarity with creating, implementing, supporting, and maintaining CI/CD pipeline

Developing on Android TV
