Description
This position is responsible for managing and developing existing customer relationships to maintain and increase sales with current customers and new customers for Kem Krest. This position may be based in the greater Detroit, MI, or Elkhart IN areas.
KEY OUTCOMES (KPI’S)
OUTCOME: Manage Customers’ Programs for Kem Krest
- Manage the day to day commercial relationship of the current customer base
- Be the voice of the customer to Kem Krest
- Create and act upon annual customer growth plan(s)
- Support key stake holders within Kem Krest to improve service levels to our customers
- Participate in customer events and trade shows as needed
- Assist Sales team in business development to achieve revenue and profitability targets
OUTCOME: Prospect New Business Within Current Customers for Kem Krest.
- Increase sales of existing services and products within current customer base
- Create and act upon annual customer growth plans that include specific product and program growth plans
- Prospect new program opportunities within our current customers to achieve sales targets
