POSITION SUMMARY:           

Are you looking for an opportunity to get in the door at a growing company? Kemper is looking for someone just like you! As part of the Policy Administration Records Management Team you will be part of a team that delivers on a promise to provide exceptional service to our Life and Health insurance policy holders! In this Full-Time position, you will primarily be responsible for written correspondence with our clients regarding their policies. The level and compensation will be commiserate with your experience.

Our office is open Monday – Friday, there are multiple shift options including a four (10 hour day) work week.

LOCATION: This position is located in the Westport area of St. Louis, MO.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct policy research
  • Provide written correspondence to clients related to:
    • Policy status updates
    • Billing inquiries
    • Coverage status
    • Policy History
    • Coordinate with scanning team
  • Perform and complete special projects as assigned
  • Effectively manage daily workload within necessary service levels
  • Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of general clerical/office work experience
  • Strong written communication skills required, including grammar
