Position Summary:
Kemper Health is seeking a highly motivated, professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in our Oklahoma City office. Our customer service team is the front line for providing the best service possible to our policyholders. Our team answers a high volume of calls from our insureds, reviewing policy details, billing history, and reviewing and processing change requests.
The work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 9am – 5:30pm.
Training schedule for the first 3 weeks will be 8am-4:30pm.
Position Responsibilities:
- Receive inbound calls from policyholders and providers
- Assist with eligibility, explanation of benefits, claims decisions/status, and general policy questions, including processing change requests.
- Adhere to company guidelines, procedures, and business practices
Position Qualifications:
- 1 years of professional customer service experience preferred
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Previous medical, insurance, or call center experience is a plus.
- Ability to use Soft Phone to take incoming and make outgoing calls
- Call Control/Soft skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
