Automotive Service Advisor/Writer

We are a fast paced large volume service department looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Greet customers as they arrive at the service drive.
• Meet with customers and determine their needs.
• Secure agreement from clients prior to all repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service and oversee quality control.
• Provide estimate for time and cost of every repair.
• Advise clients on proper care of their vehicle, including maintenance.
• Oversee technicians working on customer vehicles, including their time management and efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of client vehicles throughout the day and update clients on status.
• Verify all final invoices and reconcile work performed and charges.
• Answer phones to set appointments and answer general questions.
• Assure customers are completely satisfied.

Qualifications:

· No experience necessary

· Ability to work in a fast passed environment.

· Experience with high volume service department of 18-20 plus ROs written per day is a plus.

· Tekion experience is a plus.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

· Ability to coordinate and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

· Valid driver’s license.

· Pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
