Job Title - Analyst Total Rewards
Location - Can report to either Pittsburgh office or Latrobe office. Will have flexibility to work hybrid from home some amount of time.
Job Summary
Provides support in the design, implementation, and administration of various components of Kennametal’s Total Rewards programs. Compensation components up to and including - base compensation, variable compensation, executive compensation, and North American benefits in Kennametal’s quest to offer market competitive compensation that aligns to our true pay for performance culture to recruit, retain, and motivate our team members to achieve success. This role is anticipated to spend 80% of one’s time on compensation matters and 20% on North American benefits matters. This role reports to the Senior Manager Global Compensation with a dotted-line relationship to the Manager Global Benefits.
