Job Title: Global Benefits Manager
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Job Summary and Mission:
Manage the design and implementation of global benefits programs to attract, motivate and engage employees and support the overall HR strategy. Develop and implement a competitive set of benefits programs, integrated with statutory programs, related to wealth creation, post-employment, health and welfare, time off and other programs.
This role will have a high level of autonomy and influence to make recommended changes and additions to the global benefit programs. This role will work with Americas, EMEA and APAC HR leadership as well as have exposure to senior executive leadership within relevant functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations). This role will “own” the relationship with benefit vendors, consultants and outside counsel.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Develops and implements cost-effective global benefits programs such as defined benefit, defined contribution, severance, PTO, expat benefits, executive perquisites and life, health and disability insurance.- Develop global benefits programs to ensure integration with and appropriate compliance and governance with respect to statutory programs.
- Evaluate market data and trends regarding global benefits as well as government provided and mandated programs and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive benefits package.
- Support HR Business Partners, and provide consultation and communication to business leaders and employees in managing benefits programs.
- Develop presentations for and present to senior executives and global HR colleagues outlining program changes and new offerings.
- Manage the vendor, attorney, and consulting firm relationships related to global benefit programs.
- Assist the ERISA Committee with quarterly meetings related to defined benefit and defined contribution financial reward programs.
- Lead the integration of benefits for M&A activities

- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5-8 years of relevant work experience required
