Assignment/Responsibility: Kenowa Hills Public Schools is looking for an Assistant Wrestling Coach to leach the Kenowa Hills Wrestling Program. Kenowa Hills Public Schools has great community support with an outstanding Boosters Program that supports all sports. The best candidates for the position have knowledge of the sport and motivation to help build a successful program. Our coach needs to be able to prepare team members socially, mentally and physically in order to meet the challenges of being a student-athlete. The coach also must possess the ability to work well with other coaches within the district and communicate openly with the administration.
Qualifications:
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by and employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and talk or hear and sometimes sit and walk. Occasionally the employee will need to bend or twist at the neck and waist more than the average person. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may occasionally push or lift up to 40 lbs, such as storage boxes. The employee is directly responsible for safety, well-being, or work output that could impact others. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, such as to read handwritten or typed material and the ability to adjust focus and work on a computer for extended periods. The position requires the individual to meet multiple demands from several people and interact with the public and other staff.
