Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineering Manager at Kensington Laboratories. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing engineering projects, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring the successful execution of developing state-of-the-art robotics, automation and precision equipment solutions. and integration activities. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions for the semiconductor industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of our product line, ensuring technical excellence and innovation in all aspects of engineering.
Qualifications
- Engineering Management and Team Leadership skills
- Experience in robotics or automation industry
- Experience in Mechanical Assemblies and Project Management
- Ability to design/troubleshoot Electrical Systems to support Equipment Manufacturing.
- Understanding and ability to program/troubleshoot FPGA Altera devices.
- Understanding of Motion Control systems –Design and Application.
- Communicate with customers on projects and help customers through integration of our systems with customers’ systems.
- Manage obsolescence of components and clearly communicate with Suppliers.
- Team player, self-motivated and quick learner.
- Strong understanding of engineering integration processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of the Semiconductor Capital Equipment market
- Experience in electronics is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
