Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
-    Follows established departmental and store policies and procedures
-    Ensures the quality and freshness of all products and services in the floral department
-    Responsible for maintaining the appropriate product assortment and inventory levels for the floral department
-    Confirms pricing accuracy and signage for all products, paying particular attention to ad items
-    Ensures the floral department is cleaned and sanitized daily and meets the company standards for appearance
-    Receives fresh flower deliveries from distributors and other plant deliveries. Verifies quality of delivered products
-    Displays, merchandises, and upgrades floral products
-    Ensures displayed items are fresh, watered and rotated appropriately
-    Creates custom floral orders including upgrading bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and other special orders
-    Delivers excellent customer service to all customers
-    Orders product to meet the needs of the floral department based on past and projected sales
-    Sets a professional and positive example to others
-    Communicates openly and frequently with Store Director
-    Ensures company standards for safety, sanitation and productivity are maintained
