Job Summary:
- Provides oversight for multiple hospital departments in the absence of unit management
- Addresses patient care, staffing, and any other issues that may arise
- Supervises nursing staff
- Takes administrative responsibilities
- Leads and directs the work of others
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Requires a Bachelors Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Kentucky
- 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Current BCLS and ACLS upon hire
- Interpersonal skills to successfully interact with patient, guest, physicians, and other employees
