Location : Skillman, NJ (Kenvue’s corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman, NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.)

Essential Health brands include BAND-AID Brand, LISTERINE, and JOHNSON’S Baby.
As the Associate Marketing Manager (ABM) for US, you will report directly to the Head of Skin Health Healthcare Professional (HCP) and will be responsible for maximizing the activation of our company’s scientific leadership for a portion of our Skin Health Business.
This ABM will partner with the US Consumer Team and multiple cross-functional partners to execute the end-to-end healthcare professional plans that align with the overall brand operating plans and ultimately drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Shape and drive execution of a portion of skin health business activation plan for one of our key skin brands that aligns with the respective brand’s strategies and business objectives.
Accountable for a holistic plan that leverages science, data and insights to engage with multiple HCP audiences in a meaningful way across multiple touchpoints.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, and stay abreast of the latest competitive activities and sales to inform the development of, or changes to, marketing plans.
- Partner with CBI to identify unique connection points, unmet needs and insights with target that improves the quality of content intended to change patient behavior.
- Work with various agencies, as applicable (Creative agencies, Media Agency, Digital / CRM, etc.) to develop branded materials / advertising to support the activation plans and bring learnings and KPIs to help inform how to improve impact with HCPs and their patients.
- Partner with cross-functional team to develop KOL and scientific engagement strategy.
- Partner with US Professional Contracted Sales Organization (CSOs) to collaborate to deliver strategic business priorities, sales guidance and ensure excellence.
- Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.

Education :
- A BA / BS in Marketing or a related business field is required; MBA is preferred.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and / or Consumer Package Goods experience is required.
- Experience in brand marketing management and sales leadership is preferred.
- Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to work in a team environment, and be customer / market oriented.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.
- High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally, is strongly preferred.
- Proficient in a variety of applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), and the ability to pick up new applications and processes quickly is strongly preferred.
