Club Summer Help (All Departments)
The primary responsibility of Summer Help is to assist in all areas of service within the club. The summer help will be utilized to fill gaps in all areas as needed. This will range from food & beverage operations, golf course operations, racquet sports, outdoor pools, housekeeping/sanitation, and general customer service.
Responsibilities
Set up and stock stations with all necessary equipment and supplies for the day
Complete opening and closing side work
Maintain clean and orderly stations throughout the day
Keep walkways, common areas and all stations clean
Assisting and providing service to members and guests
Promptly clearing and resetting areas as needed
Ensure clubhouse cleanliness / Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and members
About You
Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
Ability to Listen and follow through with instruction
Ability to smile, be pleasant, and accommodating Be hospitable
Read English and follow procedures
Work at a fast-pace, stay productive
