What you'll do!
- Start and monitor several product processes throughout the shift.
- Follow written work instructions to properly make specified products.
- Measure ingredients using various measuring tools to accurately add to base product.
- Record on work order/batch ticket the quantity used, lot number, and tank the product came from.
- Visually check tanks for cleanliness before filling, also check to make sure all valves are closed before pumping product into them.
- Operate control panels for equipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment during shift by washing product down floor drains, washing out and hanging up unused hoses, and properly storing unused pumps
What you'll need!
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work 4 on 4 off schedule @ (12) twelve hours per day requiring consistent walking, standing, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, pushing and pulling.
- Ability to climb over, under and/or in equipment accessible via catwalks, manholes and/or extensive ladders
