Location: Lancaster PA
We are seeking a Scheduling Coordinator (Staffing) that will be responsible for supporting client and provider needs
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
* Conduct high-volume phone activity to prospective and active provider with the goal of filling open orders
* Resolve client and contractor challenges by responding to complaints and inquires; clarifying and determining the cause of the challenge, and conducting follow-up to ensure satisfactory resolution
* Obtain contractor leads through scheduling, active client advertisement monitoring, and networking-processes
* Evaluate and forecast contractor availability and client needs
* Build provider database by conducting interviews and completing intakes
* Ensure integrity of file completion process: verify Contractor credentials (education degrees, certifications, liability insurance, and licenses) and communicate availability to team members
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of 2-4 years recruitment or staffing experience. Preferably in the mental health service field.
* Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
* Proficient PC skills including routine spreadsheet, database, and word processing activity
