Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of documents, files, and correspondence
- Coordinate projects and assist with project management tasks as assigned
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- File and organize paperwork, both physical and electronic
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide support to the office manager or supervisor as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience working in an office environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a bonus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
