Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Answer phones, directing guests to appropriate channels.
Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by offering attentive service to every guest.
Remain up-to-date and familiar with local events and holidays that may impact business volume.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Skills and Qualifications
Hospitality and guest service skills.
Friendly, energetic, detail-orientated team player
Enjoys working in a fun, fast-paced environment
Able to work a flexible schedule
Previous experience preferred but not required
