Summary:
The Materials Clerk is responsible for maintaining the integrity of Raw Material, WIP and Finished Goods balances in SAP.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate materials to and from Sub-Contractor
- Enter receipts for purchased items
- WIP counts
- Rail Car Movements
- Coordinate Inter-Company movements with shipping and Plant
- Schedule Bulk Truck Deliveries
- Schedule Mold Moves, Import container deliveries.
- Auditing Production Reporting, scan labels and shift reports
- Invoice Issues, Packing slip and Reconciliation
- Backup to Receiving
- Drives Forklift to load and unload trucks
Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Must speak, read and write English.
- Must have good communication skills
- Must have good computer skills (Excel and SAP)
- Must have good math and counting skills
- Forklift Certified
- Must have at least 1 year of Materials/Inventory experience.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to other employees of the organization
