Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain and ensure the consistency of the company’s visual brand identity across all platforms.
- Evolve our brand identity to its next level of maturity and sophistication.
- Design and layout content to include white papers, research reports, ebooks, short-form solution brochures, case studies, blog posts, social media graphics, and infographics.
- Work with Marketing and Sales team to design user interface (UI) and user experiences (UX) for our website which directly impact pipeline generation, including an understanding of SEO/SEM best practices.
- Design and produce video content, including animations and motion graphics.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and users to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 8 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma or Sketch.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including branding, digital marketing, and UI/UX design.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with both agency and client-side design
- Experience with video editing software and motion graphics (e.g., After Effects)
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
- Prior SaaS marketing experience, and an understanding of supply chain
