Kettering Health Main Campus
- Kettering Health Main Campus, formerly Kettering Medical Center, is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering, Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Ensure that all their actions, decisions, and messages support the structure of the department and our commitment to "Consistency and Accountability".
- Daily and on the spot affirmation of quality of work.
- Consistent and frequent rounding on all areas/departments of responsibility. Frequency will be once weekly.
- Capture opportunities to educate staff and coordinators in a respectful and discreet manner
- Ensure staff perform duties in accordance to set quality standards
- Assist staff in tasks as necessary or required in order to meet time standards
- Ensure that area leader is very satisfied with the duties performed by Environmental Services
- Maintains documentation of the performance of the coordinators under their supervision including corrective action in cases where necessary.
- Constantly evaluate and communicate with director about equipment and staff needs.
- Bring consistency in cleaning quality and schedule to the areas/departments for which they are responsible.
- Accept accountability for the work performed in the areas/departments for which they are responsible.
Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- IEHA Certification Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, may substitute equivalent experience
- Three - Five (3-5) years Environmental Services Experience preferred
Experience:
- Proficiency in word processing program required; Microsoft Word preferred.
- Proficiency in Payroll ssytem preferred.
- Proficiency using computer database programs required: Microsoft Access preferred
