Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Associate to join our team. As a Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting the Service & Warranty Manager with requests from customers for pool repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Majority is over the phone.
- Schedule weekly appointments for Manager and follow up
- Very good computer skills
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively-
- Create estimates for repairs
- Complete purchase orders and invoice customers
- Assist with inventory management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
-Stong computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
