Full-Time Bilingual Clinician
Children’s Charter Trauma Clinic, a division of The Key Program, Inc., is seeking to hire a full-time, salaried, bilingual, preferably bicultural and native Spanish speaking, clinician. Children’s Charter has been committed for 38 years to breaking the cycle of intergenerational trauma in the lives of children, adolescents, adults, and families with limited resources. A diverse group of clinicians, we promote interpersonal safety and healing for survivors of physical and sexual abuse, neglect, domestic violence, and traumatic loss by providing individual, family, and group therapy. We are dedicated to serving BIPOC and other marginalized communities and work to promote equity and address disparities in the field.
Job Requirements/Description
The position is grant funded through the Department of Public Health. Responsibilities include approximately 22 weekly clinical hours with survivors of sexual assault and/or domestic violence including both individual and group therapy. We have made it a priority to provide weekly support and supervision that includes group supervision, two hours of individual supervision, and clinical team meetings. Additionally, we have a commitment to training which has included over the past two years, EMDR, a weekly DEI discussion group, and neurofeedback training. The position requires working two days a week with Spanish speaking adolescents at Waltham High School and Middle School and three days a week in the clinic offering both in-person and virtual therapy. Clinic hours are primarily afternoon and evening, and all clinicians are required to be at the clinic one evening until 8 pm.
Salary & Benefits
Starting salary range: $62,440 – 65,440.
* In addition, we are offering a $3,000 Hiring Bonus ($1,500 at the successful completion of 3 months orientation and $1,500 at the completion of 6 months)

We are seeking a motivated clinician who is:
- a Master’s Level Social Worker or Mental Health Clinician or Doctoral Level Psychologist
- Bilingual in Spanish / English
- Experienced in Working Therapeutically with Children and Adolescents
- Culturally Aware of Latinx and Immigration Experiences
- Able to Collaborate Effectively with Co-workers, Clients, and Outside Agencies
- Organized and Familiar with Clinical Documentation / Paperwork
- Knowledgeable in Case Management to Support Clients Who Present with Emergent Needs
- Able To Commute Twice Weekly to Local Schools to Provide Off-Site Interventions to Students
- Able to work afternoons and evenings including one evening until 8 pm
