1. Respondingto customer comments and messages on various electronic means ofcommunication.
2. Monitor the achieved number ofposts on social media accounts daily / weekly / monthly.
4. Preparing managing and improving thecompanys pages on all social media platforms to increase the brandvisibility.
5. Collaborate with otherdepartments (SalesCRM etc.) to define the main topics fordissemination and coordinate actions procedures.
6. Preparing effective content to improve SEO on socialmedia sites and the website.7. Create draft publish and sharecontent according to plan (text images video)8.
Prepare therequired designs on time and present them to the direct manager.9.Coordination with the graphic designer to publish appropriatedesigns for the content.
