What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intake Coordinator position at KeyStaff?
Keystaff is hiring for a internal Front Desk / Intake Coordinator for our location in San Antonio, TX.
Pay Range: $38,000 - $42,000 with potential to make a monthly bonus
Schedule: 7:45am - 5pm, Mon - Fri
Job Duties: (Things you will be doing during the work day):
- Greet visitors with a smile and be welcoming
- Process new applicants and help guide them through the online forms
- Coordinate with the recruiters and recruiting assistants to manage candidate flow
- Help other visitors with issues or connect them with the correct point of contact for their issue to ensure they are taken care of
- Adhere to state and federal guidelines
- Process legal paperwork and applications
- I9 verification
