Keystone Mental Health Services is currently seeking Personal Care Associates to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community.
Casual Hours Only
The Work:
- Direct support position that provides quality supports to adults with mental illness in a residential home
- Provides personal care, administers medications, and mentors individuals following their treatment and support plans
- Assists with cooking, cleaning and other household responsibilities
- Plans meaningful recreational activities and takes individuals into the community and to appointments as needed
- Completes daily documentation as required

Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years of age
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid driver’s license
- Daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle depending on work location
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including motor vehicle record and criminal background checks
