Job Duties include (but are not limited to):
Preparing food for guests and employees by following established cooking procedures and recipes.
Understands and follows all Health Department required food handling procedures. Keeps a clean, well maintained, sanitary work environment at all times.

Following all safety guidelines established by our Chefs at all times. Be aware and report any potential safety issues immediately to supervisor. Use a cut glove whenever prepping any item with a knife.
Receiving new product in a timely manner, ensuring FIFO (first-in first-out) standards are maintained and that product is of acceptable quality, properly labeled, dated and stored.
Contributing to team effort by participating in Job Sharing, assuming responsibility for the cleanliness of the restaurant and safety of guests and employees; participating in safety meetings; accepting diverse assignments; maintain a positive and friendly attitude and demeanor in all internal and external interactions.
Rotate through other various Culinary positions as directed by your training plan.
Qualifications:
Willingness to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays
Willingness to work 35 – 40 hours per week
Ability to stand without sitting for extended periods of time
