Job Specifications:
The Adventure Center Lead assists with the management of day to day operations of the Ice Rink outside Keystone Lodge and Spa. Experience with a high level of guest service and ice rink upkeep are paramount.

Expected Pay Range: $22.00 - $23.76 / hour
Shift type: Full Time, Weekends and Holidays

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate the zamboni to maintain the ice rink
- Greet every guest with a smile and provide exceptional guest service
- Assist customers with skate admission and rentals
- Complete cash and credit card sales and returns on point of sale
- Follow and monitor proper cash handling procedures as outlined in the bank contract and training manual
- Complete food and beverage sales at snack bar, including alcohol sales
- Ability to be self-motivated and willing to work in both fast and slow paced environments
- Assist with staff supervision
- Accurately execute opening and closing procedures, including daily financial reports
- Monitor ice rink to enforce rules and safety guidelines, including acting as a skate guard if intermediate level skater or above
- Utilize the Inventory Pool Viewer to monitor sleigh ride counts and be prepared for check-ins
- Light cleaning and basic maintenance
- Snow removal on the ice rink and paths/stairs around the Adventure Center
- Assist with special events
Job Qualifications:
- High school Degree – required
- College Degree – preferred
- Clean Driving Record
- One year previous cash handling experience - required
- 1 years supervisory experience – required
- 1 years opening and closing cash registers – preferred
- Previous guest service experience – required
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays – required
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Fluent in the English language, both written and verbal – required
- Skate sharpening experience- bonus
The expected pay range is $22.00 - $23.76. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
