Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Service Director to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Service Coordinator position provides administrative support and coordination of services as directed by their supervisor. The Work: Provides administrative support to include but not limited to: data entry, analyzing and distributing reports, drafting letters and correspondence, preparing mailings, scanning, copying, and uploading documents, filing, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, recording meeting minutes Provides support to program staff as directed by direct supervisor, including but not limited to: coordination of meetings, notification to individuals, families and employees, scheduling of meeting spaces, and communication with other offices and/or programs. Provides support as directed by supervisor, including but not limited to: Monitoring timelines for reporting requirements, gathering required data from staff, assisting with the coordination and set up of new programs and services, assist in preparation for licensing audits, tracking program safety requirements Supports assigned programs, including but not limited to: typing clinical notes, clinical data entry, coding invoices, coordinating referrals, maintaining record of units provided for time based services, preparing service agreements, etc. Purchase program supplies for all assigned locations, maintain inventory of all supplies, including infection control products; process invoices as needed Answers office phones, takes messages, and greets visitors. Fields inquiries and routes them to appropriate staff Maintains effective and productive working relationships with all levels of the organization Consistently communicates and implements all Keystone policies and procedures Reviews and responds to work email accounts and communications in a timely manner Attends and participates in required meetings, trainings and appointments as requested or required. Minimum of two years of experience in a general office administration setting required Excellent customer service. Exceptional ability to communicate both orally and in writing and ability to read, interpret and apply written information. Ability to learn and apply intermediate computer skills, including the use of computer software (Microsoft programs) and other web based systems. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at various levels of the organization. Valid driver’s license and, depending on work location, may be required to have daily access to privately maintained and insured vehicle. Must be at least 18 years of age.
