Keystone is looking for an IT Help Desk Support Manager who wants to advance their career and business skills while learning to build and scale our fast-growing European operation based in Bank, London.
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to join us as our IT Help Desk Support Manager. This is a highly visible position, working directly with Keystone Europe’s senior leadership team to drive critical IT and operational initiatives and foster the scale of our firm. In this role you will handle all aspects of Keystone’s technology stack – from personal computers to networks and phone systems and provide support and guidance to all members of our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about learning, continuously looking for opportunities to grow professionally and committed to adding value in creative new ways. Technical: strong experience working with Cloud applications, Microsoft 365, Azure and fluency to problem solve within these technologies. Experience with Microsoft Exchange – e.g. Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10
Education & Experience: Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
This hybrid role would be based remote and in our offices in Bank for 2/3 days per week.
