Keystone is looking for an IT Help Desk Support Manager who wants to advance their career and business skills while learning to build and scale our fast-growing European operation based in Bank, London.

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to join us as our IT Help Desk Support Manager. This is a highly visible position, working directly with Keystone Europe’s senior leadership team to drive critical IT and operational initiatives and foster the scale of our firm. In this role you will handle all aspects of Keystone’s technology stack – from personal computers to networks and phone systems and provide support and guidance to all members of our team. What will you do at Keystone?

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide friendly support to team member requests for IT support and document, isolate and track problems to a timely resolution
  • You will split your time between being the lead for all European IT activities and requests, and the rest of your time will be in supporting/leading projects and requests from our US colleagues on the East Coast
  • Partner with the CTO and COO to update or create necessary documentation and IT procedures
  • Oversee repair schedules and, where appropriate, select and manage maintenance vendors
  • Install and configure workstations based on company requirements and provide IT training to new hires during employee on-boarding

Organized: highly organized with a strong attention to detail and are able to balance and prioritize requests while maintaining

Creative: innovative problem-solving skills

Collaborative: experience working well in teams

Self-Starter: demonstrated a “can-do” attitude in tackling a difficult challenge

Technical: strong experience working with Cloud applications, Microsoft 365, Azure and fluency to problem solve within these technologies. Experience with Microsoft Exchange – e.g. Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Windows Server, Windows 10

Education & Experience: Associates degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience


This hybrid role would be based remote and in our offices in Bank for 2/3 days per week.
