Keystone Associates collaborate with a diverse set of colleagues to solve challenging and complex problems for our clients. Associates play a key role on our project teams and receive mentorship from top Consultants and Engagement Managers. Our Associates develop critical data sources, uncover insightful analyses, and deliver high-stakes presentations. As an Associate on a project team, you will have the opportunity to partner with recognized academic experts from top universities including Stanford, Harvard, MIT, Wharton, and more. Sophisticated data modelling and econometric techniques will shape the project as you and your colleagues mine and assemble data sources to create unique insight into the clients’ opportunity. You will take on career shaping challenges, creating structure from ambiguity and playing a key role helping lead client engagements to a successful outcome.
Experience and qualifications required:
- Masters degree in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related
- OR a Bachelors 1 year experience in the consulting, tech or start-up space
- High intellect and quick to learn with a passion for excellence
- Strong analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial and operational levers
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to manage multiple complex work streams and work across organizational boundaries
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Team player who can collaborate with multiple functional areas
