Keystone Recruiting is looking for an ambitious and self-driven individual to join us as a Recruiting Coordinator for a 6-month contract in our Bellevue, Washington office. As a Recruiting Coordinator you will play a critical role in our overall success by ensuring high-level candidate experience throughout the hiring process. We are always competing with other great firms for top talent and the hiring process is the first touch point future employees have with us. We have ambitious plans to grow our revenue and our headcount over the next several years and we aspire to start-up like growth in 2024. Your role in the competitive hiring process will be to oversee scheduling and facilitating all candidate interviews, coordinating recruiting events, and helping to load balance interview responsibilities across the firm. In addition to owning all key interviewing logistics you will be expected to own and report out on key interviewing metrics to help monitor hiring pace. Position Requirements
- 2 years of relevant professional experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, ideally in a FAANG company.
- Hands on experience with Greenhouse – our applicant tracking system including high-volume scheduling.
- 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook and Excel,
- Exceptional and polished communicator with a passion for customer service.
- Proactivity and natural follow-up skills are crucial in this role. With so many plates to spin, you'll effortlessly keep them all in the air.
