RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client, a health care services company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a Controller.This is a company with a strong leading presence in its geographic and health care markets.
Work schedule is hybrid.Duties will include:
- Controller will manage accounting team
- Prepare financial statements
- Month End close
- Manage A/R department
- As a Controller, you will manage A/P and payroll departments
- Financial Reporting
- Internal Controls
- Support external audits
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Advanced degree a plus
- CPA
- At least 8 years of experience
- Experience in health care service industry
- Experience as a Controller or Assistant Controller
- Public accounting experience a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
