Kforce has a client in Tarrytown, NY that is seeking an LMS Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- The LMS Administrator will create ad-hoc reports
- Create audiences
- Troubleshoot user & system issues
- Enable, inactivate, and modify notifications
- Populate and test the creation of the TMU (Training Mass Update) template files
- Support the Business Administrators on the following types of activities in the system. (ILTs (Instructor Led Training), eLearnings, Curriculums, Certifications
- As an LMS Administrator, you will support in creating/editing documentation of procedures, processes, and best practices
- Manage and resolve daily LMS tickets through Service Now
- Teach/instruct/explain the SumTotal system to Business Administrators
- Support in creating/editing documentation of procedures, processes, and best practices
- Manage small LMS projects
- The LMS Administrator will support Business Administrators on the detailed requirements and risks associated with developing various activity structures to maximize learner experience and business efficiencies
- Minimum of a BS degree
- 2-3 years of experience in the administration of an LMS
- Experience with SumTotal/Workday LMS is a plus
- MS Office, SharePoint, LMS, MS Teams
- Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
