Operational Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operational Systems Analyst in Leadville, CO. What You'll Do:

• Operational Systems Analyst will provide data support and troubleshoot operational applications for clients, ensuring system functionality and performance
• Maintain and support applications in line with defined standards, and help implement improvements for local/site-specific apps
• Create and maintain reports using advanced querying tools, adapting them to system or operational changes
• As an Operational Systems Analyst, you will participate in and promote Safety and Environmental programs, ensuring compliance with MIS policies and site goals
• Monitor and ensure system health of supported applications
• Perform other duties as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related Engineering discipline with 1 years of experience in systems support or technology-related roles; Or High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in IT support, software troubleshooting, or systems maintenance
• Strong customer service skills, along with good organizational and communication abilities
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in operational application support
• Basic understanding of data concepts and usage
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
