What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll / HR Associate position at Kforce Inc.?
- Processing payroll for around 100 people, weekly, bi-weekly etc.
- Maintaining payroll files
- Calculate and maintain minimum wage
- Prepare 401k entry weekly for posting
- Update and maintain all vacation accruals
- Reconciling benefit statements
- New Hire screening and onboarding
- 2 years of Payroll experience
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with ADP EV5 is highly preferred
- Dealership Accounting experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
