What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at Kforce Inc.?
- Provide all support deemed necessary by Supervisor (Senior Director, NYC Run and Climb), including but not limited to: general office work, organizing/attending meetings, taking/transcribing notes, phones, filing, record keeping, monthly Visa reconciliation, drafting/reviewing expense reports, stocking office supplies, booking travel, warehouse inventory, running/stocking office
- Provide support to Supervisor in all capacities as it relates to Foundation signature and special events (i.e. NYC 5K, NYC Stair Climb, and possibly gala, golf outings, concerts, etc.)
- Work collaboratively throughout the Foundation departments and with outside vendors, as directed, to ensure achieving event goals
- Assist in the event production process, pre-event planning, contracting, permitting, managing logistics, drafting and adhering to timelines, and follow through necessary to achieve goals
- In collaboration with supervisor, assist in identifying and mitigating event operational issues, excellent problem solving skills with the ability to develop innovative solutions
- Cultivate and grow relationships with staff and outside vendors to create strong collaborative relationships that ensure excellent execution of event plans and support the mission of the Foundation
- Extremely organized, able to work independently and manage tasks from start to completion, meet deadlines, and report progress in a timely and effective manner
- Exceptional attention to detail, meticulous with a high-level of accuracy related to all tasks, and pride in a job well done
- Self starter able to take initiative; observe, recognize, and tackle what needs to be done

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
