- Salesforce Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Apex Programming: Utilize advanced Apex programming skills to create robust and scalable applications within the Salesforce platform
- Dataflows: Develop and maintain efficient dataflows to ensure seamless data integration and integrity across various systems
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver technical solutions that meet business objectives
- Customization and Configuration: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, and validation rules to optimize business processes
- Integration: Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party applications
- Code Reviews and Best Practices: Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices; Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
- Troubleshooting and Support: Identify and resolve technical issues, providing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related problems
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of solutions, configurations, and development processes
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices, and proactively suggest improvements to enhance system performance and user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a strong background in Apex programming and Salesforce development
- Expertise in Apex programming and Salesforce development
- Proficiency in creating and managing dataflows within Salesforce
- Experience with Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices
- Familiarity with integration tools and middleware solutions
