What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scrum Master position at Kforce Inc.?
- Scrum Master will coordinate team members and third-party contractors to deliver projects according to plan
- Lead several scrum teams focused on mobile/cloud management and implementation, software development in high tech areas
- Coach teams in the scrum master capacity
- Work effectively in a dynamic development environment with matrix reporting structure
- Responsible to ensure appropriate business processes, data quality, and systems delivery
- As a Scrum Master, you will define business processes, data needs, and requirements, write use and business cases
- Work effectively with dispersed, remote, and global teams
- Bachelor's degree or its equivalent is required
- Scrum Master certification is required
- 3 years as project manager of all phases of technical projects
- 3 years as a Scrum Master for software development teams
- Experience managing multiple projects across work streams
- Strong understanding and applied experience with Scrum development principles
- Ability to define business processes, data needs, and requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
