- Oversee the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal functionality and security
- Be the primary systems administrator for all IT support of all remote and on-site systems
- Assist and supervise the efforts of one or more Deskside IT Support Technicians
- Prioritize support requests, resolve recurring issues, and improve user experience
- Establish service delivery procedures, implement support protocols, and ensure data accuracy and security
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify and address areas of non-compliance
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies
- Manage IT inventory of software, hardware, and equipment to ensure readiness for new employee onboarding
- Administer the Azure and Office systems including, OneDrive-SharePoint, Identity Management, Defender, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and other Azure systems tools
- Proactively troubleshoot IT issues, devise practical solutions, and enhance systems, equipment, and cybersecurity
- Communicate clearly and promptly regarding any IT issues, company-wide and with management
- Stay current with the latest technology trends and provide recommendations for improving systems and processes
- Perform additional duties as needed
- Maintain an in-office presence at least Monday - Thursday and possibly work remotely on Friday; occasionally for Systems maintenance, this position will be required to work at night and on weekends
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in IT administration, compliance, risk management, or a related role
- Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus
- Must demonstrate strong proficiency in all MS Office 365 tools, OneDrive-SharePoint, Identity Management, Defender, Intune, Autopilot, Sentinel, and other Azure systems tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and assess compliance risks and propose effective solutions
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong technical knowledge of networking, server administration, software applications, network systems, and cloud-based solutions
- Ability to work independently, think strategically, and effectively mitigate risks
- Google Workspace and Salesforce administration experience is a plus
