RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Special Billings Specialist to join their Credit Department.Responsibilities will include:
- Special Billings Specialist will create and submit summary billings where applicable
- Upload invoice data onto customer third party portals
- Oversee account billing, collection, research, reconcile account and resolve disputes with customer
- Develop positive working relationship with customers
- Address and resolve portal and/or EDI errors
- As a Special Billings Specialist, you will participate in regular status calls with special billing customers to ensure timely resolution of issues
- Prepare detail payment remittance for cash posting
- Other duties as called upon
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 2-3 years of related customer or account reconciliation experience
- Ability to communicate well both in writing and verbally to customer
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic growth environment
- Strong Excel Skills: V-Lookup, Pivot Tables, Formulas
- Knowledge of the PO process as related to placing orders
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills
- Problem solving and analyzing with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of accounting principles, primarily account reconciliation
- Knowledge of Portal Entry
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.
Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
This range may be modified in the future.

Salaried personnel receive paid time off.
Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
